This policy covers how Slight Edition ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit slightedition.com, buy from us, or sign up for our emails. Using our store means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, order details, and anything you send us when you contact us.
Payment information: payment processors, including Shopify Payments, handle your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, the pages you view, the items you add to your cart, and how you use the site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process, make, and ship your order, and to send you updates about it
To answer your questions and handle claims
To send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud, keep the store secure, and meet our legal obligations
To understand how people use the store so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only for the reasons listed above:

Shopify hosts our store and checkout and processes payments. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Printful, our production and fulfillment partner, receives your name, shipping address, and order details so it can make and ship your order.
Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver your package.
ActiveCampaign, our email provider, stores your email address and shopping activity if you subscribe or make a purchase.
Advertising and analytics partners may receive data from cookies and similar technologies, which can be used to show you relevant ads. Depending on where you live, this may count as "selling" or "sharing" data under state law. You can opt out here. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your data. To make a request, email dosdeuces22@gmail.com. Before we act on a request, we may need to verify your identity. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. You can also manage your data through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Even after you unsubscribe, we'll still send you messages about your orders.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to fill orders, keep records, meet our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our store isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
