Refund policy

Every Slight Edition piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing is made until you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
If something's wrong, we'll fix it
We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund if your order:
- arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective
- is the wrong item or size from what you ordered
- is lost in transit
How to report it: email us at dosdeuces22@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If several items are affected, one photo showing all of them is ideal. For a lost package, write to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You don't need to send anything back.
After we review and approve your claim, we'll send a replacement or refund your original payment method, whichever you prefer. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
What isn't covered
- Ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. We can reship once the package comes back to us, but you'll need to pay the shipping.
- Packages that the carrier shows as delivered. We'll help you follow up with the carrier.
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery (or after the estimated delivery date, for lost packages)
Returned packages
If a package comes back to us because of an address problem, a refused delivery, or a parcel that was never collected, we'll contact you so it can be reshipped at your cost. Items that aren't reclaimed within 30 days of our notice can no longer be reshipped.
Cancellations
Production starts quickly, so email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. Once printing has started, we can't cancel the order.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
