These terms apply when you use slightedition.com (the "Store"), which Slight Edition ("we," "us") operates. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

The Store

The Store runs on Shopify. To make a purchase, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Store for anything unlawful.

Products

Every product is printed to order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and small variations in print placement are a normal part of the process. Product details, availability, and prices can change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue a design whenever we choose.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when it ships. If an item is mispriced, unavailable, or flagged for possible fraud, we may refuse or cancel the order, and we'll refund any amount you've already paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both part of these terms, govern delivery, damaged or misprinted items, and cancellations. The risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and other content on the Store belong to Slight Edition or its licensors. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to copy or resell the designs.

Feedback and reviews

If you send us feedback or post a review, you're giving us permission to use it. You're also confirming that it doesn't break the law or infringe on anyone's rights.

Third-party services

The Store relies on third parties such as Shopify, Printful, payment processors, and carriers. Their own terms govern their services, and we aren't responsible for what they do.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Store and our products are provided "as is," except for the commitments in our Refund Policy and any warranty that can't be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they might not apply to you.
